My name is Liam and I’m an actor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the US. I’m originally from Washington, DC and also lived in Los Angeles before moving to Philly. I studied abroad in Arezzo, Italy, a number of years ago in college and have been back a few times since. I'll be traveling to Italy with my husband and his family in September/October 2023 and would love to practice my very basic Italian with a native speaker to feel more confident and at ease speaking while there. I would love to find someone who wants to practice their English with a native speaker from the US, maybe once a week or so by video and occasional chatting via WhatsApp - nothing too formal, just casual conversation. I'd love to learn to speak like people really speak (rather than repeating the same generic phrases from DuoLingo or some other app). And I'd love to learn about Italian culture from your perspective, and teach you about American culture and English idioms and pronunciation from my own perspective.
