I've been seriously studying German for one year and I've been seriously studying Russian for over two years in the long life pursuit of becoming fluent. I'd be more than happy with regular language exchange practice, Tandem; half the time in Spanish and the other half in Japanese. However, what I'm really interested in learning Spanish is through a type of language exchange method called, "Cross Talk". It's supposed to be the most effective/quickest way to acquire language and improve it especially for beginner/intermediate level learners. Both parties speak in their native languages (In this case you speak in Spanish while I speak in Japanese.), and therefore both of us will receive ample amount of input during the entire session. Or, I'd be really happy with a mixture of Cross Talk and Tandem. ^ ^
