I have lived in Japan for 6 years, in Osaka, Nagoya and Fukushima.

Now I am back home in the UK, working full-time as a translator.

I enjoy video games in their capacity as interactive media, and I have been lucky enough to meet and work with many game developers from Japan and abroad. I think there's still plenty of room for video games to mature as a genre.

I also enjoy music, especially from the baroque and renaissance period of western classical, but also various other genres that carry a strong sense of culture.

Why am I here? I want to make friends with more Japanese people, especially since I am not living in Japan right now. I would like the opportunity to help each other improve in our target language.
