Heya! I’m Arian, a 21-year-old biochemistry student. When I'm not studying at university or working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, reading, gaming, eating delicious food, listening to music, or just hanging out with my friends.
I’m here mainly to practice my Chinese - I recently reached HSK3 level in about four months, but I know I need a lot more real conversation to really solidify what I’ve learned and keep improving, especially on my casual Chinese writing, building confidence with speaking and my listening. I’d love to chat with native speakers or anyone else learning Chinese! I'm very happy to practice/teach English in return (and give you familiarity with an Australian accent). I’m also open to a Japanese pen pal, though my Japanese is super rusty at the moment.

Hi, my name is Aria I am a year 10 (16 years old) high school student in Australia. I know English fluently and I am learning Japanese! I work at a local Pharmacy, I'm in a school band, I play piano, subjects I'm doing in year 11 include - English Advanced, Math's Advanced, Math's Extension, Physics, Art, Music and Japanese Beginners. I have a cat called Felix, I also have 2 French-bulldogs (biggie and Tripp). My favorite Colour is Blue, my favorite animal is an African wild dog. I would like to connect with a Japanese high school student, I can teach you English while you teach me Japanese, it would be good if you had at least some understanding in English. I can introduce myself in Japanese, ask questions, I know very little of Hiragana, I'll be learning some more Japanese in my summer holidays (December and January), my piano teacher is Japanese so ill also be getting help from her. if this sounds like something you or someone you know would like to do, please reach out!!

Hello ! Everyone i know calls me Dre
I have a deep love for the Japanese language and have been self-studying Japanese for about a year now. I'm not taking the JLPT and am focusing on conversational Japanese.
My reading and writing is probably a lot better than my speaking ability. I hope i can get to know a native japanese speaker for regular drinks/meals and practice speaking. I am a native speaker of English and Mandarin. So i can help you with those languages if you're interested. I do know some Indonesian as well but not well enough to teach it though.
