I am trading language here. We meet and we will speak 90% in the target language, this means split in two slots one time the language you practice and one time the language I practice. I recently started following the natural approach in acquiring languages, basically learning languages how children and babies acquire them rather than how they are taught in schools all around the world.

Hi everyone, i come from china! i'm learning english and japanese.
although i 'm good at english listening and reading ,but my oral english is far from excellence.so i am eager for improving my english speaking skill!
Besides,I have great curiousity for japanese culture after i went to japan for travelling,so i began to learn japanese from March,2024.my japanese level is still at the initial stage.

我是一名商业讲师，主讲彼得.德鲁克的管理思想，已经有十年的时间了，因为工作需要看德鲁克的原著，因此需要学习英文。再加上未来会有更多的机会在美国，所以在口语方面特别希望有进步，我的听力很一般，这些都是要提高的地方。
我居住在中国的海滨城市大连，一个三面环海的地方，这里四季分明，风景宜人。我本人是1978年生人，一直住在这个城市，大学毕业之后做的是初中老师，后来不断转转职业，从初中教育转向了成人教育，对管理学的研究时间比较长。
我是一个喜欢与人交流的人，平时有进行身体锻练，有潜水，跑步，打球，也会进行力量训练，生活方式健康，喜欢读书，特别是历史类。
平时因为工作的关系，会经常出差到中国的全国各地，因此对中国各地的风土人情也都会比较了解。
喜欢美食，特别是中国各地的小吃，更是情有独钟。
