My name is Cesar, my ethnicity is Filipino, but I was born and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada.
Im looking for anyone who speaks Japanese, and who are willing to help me learn Japanese. I am more than willing to help anybody wanting to learn English in return!
I have been learning Japanese at a casual rate for over a year, and I can speak some Japanese.
However, I will admit that that I am still VERY much a beginner.
If there are people who are just wanting to have a chat, and learn about each others cultures, I am interested in that as well.
People and cultures outside of my normal daily life I tend to find infinitely intriguing.
