Hi, I am Ian and I'm interested in learning Japanese. I started shortly before New Years 2024 and I've been learning everyday since then. My hobbies are a bit nerdy. I program (Also as a job), play video games and watch anime. I also want to get into making music although that needs to wait a bit since taking another hobby might take too much time. I am a native Swiss person so the language I can offer is standard German. Swiss German should also be possible if you are interested. I also use English as much as German so that is a language I can offer too.

I really enjoy paragliding and hiking in the Swiss Alps. I also love travelling and meeting new people from different cultures.

Hi, I love languages. I’m fluent in Chinese, good enough to theoretically teach beginners or even intermediate learners, but maybe better to leave that to native speakers. My mother tongue is German, I’m also fluent in English.

Je cherche une personne sympa pour pratiquer mon espagnol. J’ai un niveau intermédiaire, mais je manque de pratique à l’oral 🙂
L’idée serait d’échanger de façon simple et détendue, autour d’un café ou en appel.
Ma langue maternelle est le français, mais j’ai aussi un bon niveau d’anglais.

La idea sería conversar de forma simple y relajada, por ejemplo tomando un café o por llamada.

Hi, I’m Tori, 24, originally from Poland but raised in the Canary Islands. I’m currently living in Switzerland—I work in Zurich and live in the canton of Lucerne.
I’m an English and Spanish teacher, and I also spent a year in China on a Confucius Institute scholarship, where I could improve my Mandarin (HSK 4). Even so, I believe it’s always great to keep practicing languages in a relaxed, casual way.
