Hi! I’m currently living in Kyoto and attending a language school. My goal is to study at a Japanese university after I finish my current program! I’m around the N5 level—I can understand a fair amount, but I’m still building my confidence when it comes to speaking.
I have a lot of interests, so we’ll never run out of things to talk about! I love Monster Hunter, baking, Japanese art and history, and spending time in nature. I’m looking for a patient, open-minded partner who enjoys language exchange. I’m happy to help you with your English in return!

I'm adopted and currently trying to learn korean, as I want to learn more about my roots. I also know some basic japanese from here and there, but mostly just phrases and random words. I like to talk to new people and learn about their culture and life, as it broadens one's mind. Sadly, these days I don't have enough time or motivation to keep up with language learning.
