안녕하세요?
I'm Alex from Romania, a language and culture enthusiast currently living in South Korea!
I've loved languages since childhood—especially English—and have always been drawn to exploring new cultures. Another big passion of mine is film and video editing, which I’ve pursued for over 12 years. It’s actually how I first connected with Korean culture, even before visiting Korea for a music workshop last year. However, that trip deepened my love for Korea’s traditions, nature, and food.
I’ve been studying Korean on and off for a year, aiming to take the TOPIK, get a job, and settle here long-term as a software engineer. As of recently I am back in Korea and so I am ready to take on new challenges.
In exchange, I can help with English (my strongest suit), German, and Japanese. I’ve taught English to Korean learners before and love meaningful exchanges.

Hello, I'm Anca,
I love reading, animals, nature, swimming, sailing, ballet, and playing instruments. I play piano, flute, guitar, and I am learning to sing. I play classical music on the piano. On the flute and guitar, I play more modern songs. I love drawing, and I mostly draw my own characters, though I sometimes draw other things too. My favourite book genre is fantasy.
I speak English and Romanian fluently, although I am better at writing in English.
I am trying to improve my French and I could help with your English.

In the last 25 years I was living abroad and working only in English. Even in Germany, I was working only with international companies and did not have the need to learn German. Now I want to change it, and to become fluent in German. I am interested to exchange with someone that wants to learn English and in exchange to speak with me in German. We can talk about many subjects, such as business, leisure, family or any other subject. I am living in Regensburg and would be great to meet and talk. Online meetings could also be an option.
