Hi! I recently returned from almost three years in Tokyo where I taught English at a private high school. I want to keep using my Japanese so that I don’t forget it! I also love teaching and interacting with Japanese people, so I’m looking forward to helping others learn English as well. I’d be happy to grab coffee or go for a walk and chat.

Hi My name is Joy. I have been in Canada for over 25 years, originally from China. In west Canada, everyday I use more English than Chinese, but I try to read and speak Chinese to our kid as much as possible. It’s still the most beautiful and effective language, to me. 6 years ago I started to learn French as my kid goes to French school. I have been having so much fun!! I travel extensively and love to meet new people and learn about different culture. I would love to practice French with you if you want to practice Mandarin or English with me (I used to be an English teacher in China). My friend has found a few language friends here so I’m very excited to try it out. 🙏

I am half Japanese and half Chinese born Indonesia but I dont speak both languange either, I love to learn Japanese for that reason.

I was learning Japanese a long time ago, stopped learning for a fairly long time. Recently travelled to Japan and would like to pick up Japanese again. I wish to have language exchange with friends that are trying to learn English :)
I am pretty bad at conversations in Japanese but hopefully can improve :)
