Meu nome é Paula, tenho 39 anos e sou brasileira. Acho que meu nível de inglês é intermediário. Atualmente moro aqui em Portugal, mas falo português brasileiro.
Já fiz um intercâmbio cultural na cidade de Perth, na Austrália. Mesmo não morando mais na Austrália, gostaria de continuar aprendendo inglês e acho que assim será possível aprender e também ensinar minha língua nativa, que é o português brasileiro. Para quem não sabe, nós brasileiros falamos português brasileiro. E assim como o Brasil, existem outros países que também falam português como língua nativa. Às vezes precisamos explicar um milhão de vezes que o português de Portugal não é a única língua correta, assim como muitos outros países adotaram o inglês como língua nativa. Já expliquei isso o suficiente. Então é isso, nós brasileiros falamos português brasileiro e não espanhol ou “brasileiro”...
Gostaria de continuar a aprender o inglês como uma pessoa nativa que fale o inglês como língua materna.

Hello! I am Canadian but I spent the last 6 years living in Nicaragua. My native language is English and I have a degree in English language and literature. I’ve been living in Portugal for a few months and am now learning Portuguese. I have been taking lessons for a year, I have a lot of vocabulary in my head and now I need practice speaking conversationally more to start to get it all to click.
