Hi,my name is John, I am married and live near the city of Peterborough in England. I started learning Japanese several years ago and went to Japan in 2012. When I returned I neglected my Japanese studies but feel I should now try again, partly because I am taking a short break to Japan this October (F1 Grand Prix) and hopefully the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. I have started using the text books 'Japanese for Busy People' and 'Genki 1'. My standard of Japanese is not very good but I am always willing to learn and would obviously help anyone wanting to learn English although I am not a qualified teacher. My interests are mainly motorsports, both 2 and 4 wheels. I also enjoy skiing and cycling. Looking forward to hearing from someone soon.
