中国語 (北京語)Hi my name is Sophia and I'm 16 years old. I know three languages and I want to learn more because I'm interested in other cultures. Previously I had some experience in French (I used to go to the lessons) and I also passed the DEFL exam in level A2 with 60%. As you can see I know a little bit French but I want to improve it so I can speak fluently. Now, what about the Mandarin, I know nothing. Hello, I am a retired teacher although I still work in Special Needs Education. I grew up in Scotland, graduated from university in France, lived and worked in Greece for many years, teaching ESOL from primary school age up to university entrance.
I love Sweden and have visited, and would like to be able to speak more Swedish, other than the odd word or phrase, when I visit and become more immersed in local culture.
I have always been interested in the outdoors and nature, having grown up in the country. I enjoy walking/hiking/swimming. I am interested in art, design and textiles. I enjoy going to see a good play with good actors.
I live with my family near Liverpool. We are a household of LFC supporters and never miss a game.
I would like to offer help to those English in return for helping to improve my Swedish conversation, which is currently very limited.
