Language.Exchange

I am a 71-year old retired police officer. I also have a Master's degree from Columbia University in International Affairs. I have been in love with the Russian language ever since I started studying it in college. I have been to Russia/USSR four times, but not since 1992. I would love to make another trip to Russia, but that seems impossible due to the political situation. So I would really like to have a connection with someone who lives in Russia now.
